I'm subrenting half of an apartment in Leppävaara. The apartment is in the third floor and it's 50 m2 with two rooms and open kitchen. The rent is 742,42 EUR/month (includes rent, water, electricity and internet) so half of that is 25 m2 at 370 EUR/month.

The following limitations apply for applicants:
- no smoking, no pets
- two months deposit required (740 EUR, returned when the subrenting ends if the apartment has been kept well)
- the applicant shall submit to checking of creditability

The apartment is available from 1.3.2012.
